Our company representative, Emrah Yesilkaya, has been appointed as the German Representative of the newly established Union of All Real Estate Consultants of Turkey (TEDB) — an official organization founded by a Presidential Decree of the Republic of Turkey.

A First in Turkey
The Union of All Real Estate Consultants of Turkey (TEDB) is the first and only organization in the country established by Presidential Decree. Its purpose is to unite real estate professionals under one official umbrella, raise service quality, and bring standardization and professionalism to the sector.

The creation of an internationally focused position such as the German-language representation — and the appointment of Emrah Yesilkaya as its first holder — is a source of great pride not only for our company but also for the Turkish real estate sector as a whole.

Role and Responsibilities
Emrah Yesilkaya will act as a bridge between German-speaking investors and the Turkish real estate market.
